Rott Hotspot does not store or systematically collect customer data outside of the basic need for providing the service. The customer's username is stored and will be deleted at the customer's discretion. Closing the account can be done by contacting support, please see the contact information under the refund policy page.

Rott Hotspot will try to resolve any issues, if the problem is due to service unavailability or hardware failure a full refund to the customer will be issued. Rott Hotspot will provide both remote and local support if necessary to correct the problem.
